Hey Dan, Glad to see your on vacation. Hope you have fun, I have always wanted to go to the big island too. If I ever get to go I'll be sure to ask you where to stay and go.
How's the tank doing? I had a quick question about your swabble. I got my new alpha 200 cone skimmer and was thinking of getting the swabble, is it worth it? Well have fun on the rest of your vacation.

Hey Michael, we're having a great time so far thanks. Great pick up on the Alpha, welcome to the BK club. As far as the Swabbie, to tell you the truth I'm not sure that it does anything. None of my parameters have changed my PO4 and NO3 are still about were they were before, pretty low. I can say that the skimmer neck stays pretty clean and it really doesn't affect the bubble column, at least not enough to notice. Not sure if I would purchase it again though. I'd love to see some data on it though. In any case, a cool gadget.

Thanks Ryan, it's the Ultimate's Purple Monster. For whatever reason, I don't get much purple in the body more blueish/white.
