Hey Pacific
what radio do you use?
I have a JR 10sx and a 662 I think it needs to be sent out for a repair to.
i have RF g2 but downloaded a version of g3 to try.
how long you been flying? I have about 3 seasons and 5 gallons of flight time but that was up north in upstate new york.
Flying is fun but deceleration trama sucks

I almost got into this... too expensive around here to join the clubs to use the air...

DITTO!!

aint that the truth.... at least there is one field down here that only requires an ama membership. another good thing about heli's is at least for simple flying you can terrorize the neighbors from your front lawn...

you should join a field. the wintergarden field is only 25 a year ama is only 37. they also have rights to use the bithlo raceway parking area so there is a place at either end of orlando. narcosee field is second cheepest at 150 but there membership is full.

Yes it really adds up quick...especially after a crash! I like the heli since you dont need a runway but the nitros are loud. Those electric TREXs are getting really popular since you can fly them anywhere. I guess I will just be flying the sim until I can save for the Hirobo.

nope not much into the helis anymore im a better airplane pilot. If i ever get another heli it will be a miniature aircraft 90 size. only about 3g decked and about 300 per crash. the rex was a good heli though ticktocks piroflips and inverted autos are less stressfull on a 300 dollar aircraft anyday. the only thing was the small size makes you keep it close.

they are on obt right next to the wing house at lee/johnyoung rd. I would strongly recommend going there before makeing any deals with anyone. It IS the mecca of rc!

Hey Pacific Reef and others.... I trying the Rapter 50.. and the new spektrum DX7. Its to hard to fly at my Apartment. Been to the field in Winter Garden.. Dave Help set it up and I bought everything from Graves. $2400.00 Complete. I did put it together my self. Then had dave go over it, making sure it's set up right.. OK Ok it wasn't. I have only 4 tanks through it now. Need more flying time. Tom if you get hooked up let me know, or any one else for that matter. BO

BO do you want to borrow my Sim or do you have one? It will help you practice and master hovering, etc. Thats so cool that you bought one....when I get mine we can go fly. Hows the 125?
