My 200 arrived the other day but had to wait to get it installed till today. I too am very impressed with the build quality and have to say that John got back to me very fast with any questions I had for him, very pleased.
Here is my 200 only 5 minutes in my sump:

Another great thing is that I cannot believe how quiet the skimmer runs. Cant wait to see what it starts pulling out.
It is replacing an old Euroreef model F1 that was pretty noisy but pulled skimmate well.

I'm using the Aquabee 2000/1 pump which I already had. Like I said before, the build quality is great. You can however see the cone seam easily. It does not bother me.
I was somewhat surprised by the number/layout of the holes in the bubble plate. There are far less than I would have expected.
The cup is easily removed from the body of the skimmer. The neck slips into a 3/8" (or so) recess, and is held tight via o-ring. Honestly, I've never seen this style assembly. I hope it holds up.
My favorite part of the skimmer (aside from the cone design) is the riser tube adjustment. Very clever.

Do you guys think I would be upgrading if I went with the I-Tech 100 or 200 for my 75gal? I plan on moving up to a 150g tank in the future.

I just picked up a newly designed pinwheel from John at Ichthy for my I-tech Medium / Sicce.
WoW! Here are my humble observations:
* Much more water / air chaos under bubble plate and swirls
around faster.
* Exiting bubble streams are under more pressure, taking the
bubbles to the top better.
*Different size bubbles! This is a Huge design improvement and
makes the final foam like the froth of guiness Stout.
