Got the canopy built today, had a small mishap with one of the cabinet doors so will need to get another one made. Overall very happy with it

Thanks :) beginning of March is still the ETA. Theres still so much to be done, and my son is expected to be born March 6th.

Still trying to get this replacement canopy door from the cabinet maker, emails and voicemails sent but no responses :( hopefully he is just away on vacation or something.

Tagging along. Im glad to hear you guys are happy with ReefSavvy cause I just sent them a quote. Your canopy looks sweet. Congrats on the new tank and the new baby. Will this be your first child? Cant wait to see it come together.

Felix has been excellent. I haven't seen the tank yet, but so far I'd recommend Reef Savvy. I'm actually quoting the sump now, too.

Thank you very much. Yes this is my first child, hopefully he turns out to be a reefer too :)

Felix has been a pleasure to deal with, his tanks are worth every penny IMO.

Nice. Now all you need is the glass!

Did you just use hardwood 1x4's for the supports? 5x on front and back plus the sides?

We debated a long time about how much we needed and ended up erring on the side of caution. There is *alot* of wood in my stand.

Thanks Michael. The stand is built completely out of 3/4" Oak. A cabinet maker designed it, I just had to assemble. It is very solid.

Next I have to crawl through this to put support jacks under the floor joists. Fun stuff
