I had the macro lens out today.... I took a bunch of pics, but Ill drip feed them over the next month, as Im now using Tinypic.... which takes for ever to upload :(

Anyways, this is a Acropora microclados sp. that all us boys at Reeflections each got a frag of a year or so ago, (Ernie you the man!)

This variant of Acropora microclados sp., lacks the 2 tone yellow/pink coloration that your typical strawberry shortcake displays, this one has a green base, with white, pink and blue throughout the stem and corallites!

Thank you! I will make sure too add pics every week or 2 :)

Very nice! Just out of curiosity, do you have live rock in the sump for biological filtration?
TY Finland! I have 3-4 large pieces of rock in refugium that is filled with macro algae.

Here is another pic I took this week, of my Australian pale blue Acropora Nasuta sp.
It is my favourite acropora in my tank. :)

Thanks Glaukos! The Angels will have a nip at any SPS polyp extended during the day. Now SPS are like in nature, and only polyps out at night. :)

Looks great. Very interested in your tank build. Can u share more about your system...
How do you like the dimensions? External overflow? Is this I wall install?

Thank you my reefing friend!

Cheers mate. Many late nights spent trawling through coral shipments at Reeflections aquarium here in Australia!

Those macro shots are beautiful and the colors are so clean and rich.

Hi Strykey. I have some time off over the easter holidays coming up, so I will do my best to dig through some old photos of tank, and detail system filtration. I hope to put together some growth shots too. :)
