Thought I'd throw up my SPS wish list. PM me with pics and price if you've got frags. Would love to find someone who could put a small pack together.

Would love to find:
Purple monster
Pink panther
ORA German blue polyp
Ice fire echinata
ORA pearlberry
Garf bonsai
$500 efflo
Sunset mille
Tyree pink lemonade
20K / 30K lokani
Palmers blue mille
Shades of fall nasuta
Yellow caroliniana

Also open to anything with great color or unique growth pattern. Not looking for anything encrusting though...

Thanks!

apex, love that old school list you got! I've got icefire and garf if you're interested. text me.

Haha! I'm old school... Stuff that has stood the test of time! I don't know all the new must-haves. What's on your wish list Tim???

Thanks vmac. I was the one who came by for the frags on Tuesday night. Frags are settling in nicely. Maybe next time I can do the sunset and caroliniana

I have
Cornbreds pink kush acro
Pink Millie available

I Can frag miyagi tort on the spot

I live in woodland though so maybe too far for you

German blue

German blue

Me too! I've been out of reefing for over 5 years so its great to come back and see many of these classics still around, more readily available, and cheaper... :D

I got a nice frag of the ORA German blue from vmacisback... Can't wait for it to grow into a nice colony!

Sorry. Pics from phone aren't great bit it's the best I've got... Gonna have to get a nicer camera sometime after I stop spending all my cash on SPS.

The original purple monster is still around, but it's hard to find. However, it sounds like Unique Corals may be offering up a wild version of the OG purple monster sometime soon. That other site that I can't name just did a write up on it where they went on a collecting expedition to the Solomon Islands.

Yea. Read that yesterday. Really interesting what they're doing and hoping they'll be successful getting their wild colonies to grow. I looked on their site but didn't see any frags of these new PMs or the blue version they reference during the article...

Yup -- sounds like they're getting them acclimated to captive life. I bet they're also waiting for them to color up. Sounded like it was a long trip. I don't mind this at all though, since IME with wild colonies--even maricultured ones--colors tend to shift, especially under LEDs.

Funny how the PM has stayed pretty elusive after several years in captivity... Hopefully I'll find someone with a frag to spare...

It is a super slow grower which IMO is why it is so hard to find. I have a small chunk but it is too small to frag right now.

+1. And when parameters are out of whack, it's the first to show signs -- typically by RTNing. I've had it twice and couldn't get it past a small frag.
