I'm planning a bit of a move around again.

I moved the 18" Hystrix to the back of the tank to free up some space mid tank.
I did put a large ceramic island in, where the green stag and tricolour table acro are sat. It is restricting flow a little at the front of the tank, so I'm thinking about removing it again and opening it all out.

I also want to remove the big purple milk styli. It's about 24x12" and takes up a lot of space. Again, it would open up the tank back left, so i might do this as well…..

Cheers

Tank is looking beautiful Moser! wow
You mentioned you were going to move some corals around. I'm curious with these dimensions, how do you reach these areas? Do you use tongs? Also I was wondering about how many fish you have in this tank. thanks

Time to get yourself a GoPro camera, I think. With this much depth of field you could really get in there and make some movie magic (hint, hint).

You can see from my viewer that it's quite tricky to take shots. I have to hold the camera in one hand and the viewer in the other"¦.

Finally getting this soli to colour up.
It's kind of trapped between a few corals, but has a leading edge growing out through a gap, which is getting some nice colourful tips!.
The body has been brown for a long while, but over the last month or so, it's starting to slowly turn green. Theses can take an age to colour up. It's not a patch on my big one, but hopefully it will get there!.

Beautiful tank.
I am considering ceramics for my scape..did you have any issues with yours? (leaching/not coloring up?)
Thanks for your input
Richard

Thankyou.

Richard, ceramics have been great.
They are very white to start with, but get decent corraline after a couple of months.
I used Korallenwelt ceramics. They didn't leach much at all. You do sometimes get a silicate algae early on, but this burns out. GFO will take care of it.

Most people who don't know, think I have live rock when they see the tank.

Awesome tank Mo!
Korallenwelt makes really beautiful stuff.
And Thorsten, the owner is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy. I do consider to use his ceramics in the next build, too.

Keep up the great work and please moooore pics :)
