My 240g FOWLR

Ha! Thanks so much! (but don't come complaining to me when she sees some of the prices  )

Lol! My wife and I have reached an accord when it comes to spending money on our hobbies. Aquariums in my case, and furniture/accessories (she's an interior designer) for her. Some of the prices on things she's bought for our home have been astronomical, so if I want to spend fifteen to twenty bucks *wink wink* on a fish, it's all good :)

So, Peter is trying to list every fish that exists in the world.

Oh, wait, that is just his stock list?

Hey now, none of that! :) Instead of having a pair of emps, a regal, and a MI... :( We all make sacrifices.

Totally understand, just sent a couple of mine packing as well, one desjardini with a really bad attitude, and a foxface that was a rescue that I never had intentions of keeping long term. Needed to make some room for a group that's been in qt for a while... Both fish are probably going to end up in a 1k system according to my LFS as part of a re-stocking , Ironically a system that was built and featured on the tv show tanked; would you believe almost all of the fish were lost shortly after they left.:fun5:

It gave me a chance to try out the fish trap I made, and within 20 minutes the tang was in my sump, the foxface about 45 minutes later; worked like a charm.

I'd be interested In Seeing said trap/

Nice video, I'm surprised you don't rinse it.

Do you recall where you got your occellatus? I'm starting the hunt for some.

Thanks. I actually always rinse it, heavily. This just made for better viedo :)

Ocellatus?

nice video! I think I recall you also feed live black worms? If so, are you still doing this?

I used to very frequently, but since all my fish that used to be supported by that are well established, I really don't. While I will say some of my fish look skinnier, I will also say some of my fish look less totally obese. :)

I love live blackworms for new or adjusting fish, but after a while, I get concerned about the fat content.

That makes sense. I'm still feeding them daily only because I can't get my copperband to eat anything other than that and PE mysis. I've had him for a couple years now, and he won't touch anything else. I also find they are great for new fish as you mentioned.
