What an amazing build. Great planning and attention to detail, Andy.
I am concerned about that chiller enclosure though. Boxing it in like that with limited air flow will really cut down on the chillers ability to cool. You may want to put some fans in there to pull air through the box.

i think this is true.
you can also build some PVC/acrylic sheets to where you can channel the exhaust flow to the vent in the back.

but like that, it has the ability to circulate the flow which will reduce efficiency

This is my 4th one to put in this type box. I put a fan at each end, one blowing in & one out. When the chiller kicks on so do the fans.

Then I put a pieces of pink foam to form a chamber for the air "tunnel"

First one I did 12 yrs ago

the fans look like a great idea. (it wasnt in the picture, so im sure we all were just making sure you knew... but by the looks of the pictures.. YOU DO know!!! )

great thread

Yeah, i had to order the fans online, they are already out of the stores.

Cabinet & canopy going in on Wednesday at 1:00pm.

Then I can light this puppy up!

Canopy & stand 90% complete. Still have to install top of canopy & boards to go between doors to keep light from coming out.

What do you think?
