Not much to update yet, waiting on a shipment from BRS to get some more work done. If things go as planned I should be filling the tank up next Monday.

Considering the tank should already be wet, this is kind of a small update. Forgive me. 
Another toy, not sure what I'm going to do with it other than a few basic things. I don't want my system reliant on one piece of gear so it's more of a novelty than a necessity I suppose. Nevertheless, hopefully I'll get things switched over next week.

Got the tank drilled for a return line so I could use the internal weir as a herbie drain. I decided not to go with the ghost/synergy overflow as I didn't feel confident in modifying the tank so much. It'll give me another reason to upgrade in the future. 
Also got the background on, it's frosted glass window tint. Hopefully I don't regret doing it.
Return is temporary I think.

I really like the idea but I'm scared that I'll regret setting myself up to clean that back pane so thoroughly. Lazy thoughts... :hmm3:

You and me both, but I left plenty of room to clean the back pane of glass so it should be ok. Hopefully I can get some more stuff done today and take a photo or two.
