New obsession, a little slice of the rain forest

Honestly, I'm not really sure, but I LOVE the look of the tincs. I'm still researching quite a bit, it's like starting over from scratch like I did with Reefs!

OMG thats awesome. I ran by the critter today and they finally had the black foam in. So I have all my parts now and so the construction will commence. Anyone have any creeping fig with roots on it, my piece died because it has taken so long to get a tank ready and it didnt have any roots on it.
 
i had to tear down the tank i set up for them the day they arrive because when i placed them in the tank...there water area was too deep and i was afraid they would drown....and there were spots in the foam background that they could have slip into and possibly couldnt get out

they're just playing in a rubbermaid container right now though...i'll have their tank back up and running this weekend...pics to come
 
im gonna have to get a picture of the 5 frogs together...they usually all hang out together...but as soon as the camera comes out, they split...............grrr
 
You can buy the foam offline and its much cheaper than the critter I found it for $10 can including shipping. I just cant see paying close to twenty dollars a can when you will need more than one in a bigger tank. I think Emerald bay has some coming in too hopefully they will be cheaper.
