Rob's 300 Gallon Deep Dimensions!

Blenny not make it?

Man, I have lost 3 so far.

1st one, was when John (justbecause) was at the house. and was early, I turned on the lights and saw my Blenny going haywire, died cause of shock and died right in front of out eyes.

I remember I told you, I couldn't find my Lawnmower, a week after that I couldn't find my starry blenny.

So I decided to look in the back of the tank, sure enough they were both back there. Dead.

I believe something with the lights coming on, and shocking them.

Here is a little video of my Mertensii Anemone, which I received 12-24-13. It has settled in and has grown quadruple in size. Only con at the moment, is that its growing to fast. :)

Here is it when I brought him home, within minutes my clowns gravitated to it.

Do you have any shadows from the plastic cross beams on the top of the tank. Getting ready to set mine up and am concerned about how wide the beams are.

No shadows, my kessils have a nice spread, only shadows I get is from my return pipes, which are in the middle and extends to about 9 inches from the back of the tank.

What did you use for your overflows once you cut out some of the teeth? I keep seeing a plastic looking fence type material, but I don't know where to get it at.

I did not cut out any teeth on the overflow, which are removal by the way and came with the tank.

Also any chance of seeing what you did to the overflows? I am setting up a 250 DD and would be interested. Thanks

I did a herbie and emergency on each side of the corner overflows and did a behind the back 1 inch return to a split T to 4 nozzles.
