No dosing for me. I do daily 1.5g water changes, and run a Ca Rx.

Here is a pic that shows 4 months of growth (disclaimer: this is MH growth, I have switched to T5 recently).

Ya - I scraped it after that pic. I should update that photo. I didn't have a scraper long enough to reach, as my stand is 44" tall, and I can't reach that far down (and I'm 6'6").

Guys....need some help here.

I'm having a tank built soon....24" wide, 18" high....either doing a 36" or 48" long.

Should I go for a 6 bulb SunPower or an 8 bulb PowerModule?

Going for lots of SPS but will have some LPS and softies (rics and whatnot).

It's about a $400 difference for the two extra bulbs....but if I need it (or really should have it) then I'll get it.

After looking at daryn1's tank I may do 3-4 aqua blue's and 3-4 blue plus.

Corals seem to lighter in colour under T5. No deep purples, reds etc.
