Stream 6200 questions

Hi Roger,

I installed a Tunze 6200 on my 145gallon a while ago and I really love the water movement. It's connected to a single controller... and it's the only cirkulation I have in my tank besides skimmer and UV-pumps.

I have questions though...

First, when I press the red button to stop the pumps it doesn't stop completely. Once about every 10-15 second the propeller spins for just a milli-second. With my old 6100 it stopped completely...

Next question is about the noise. At certain speeds there a noise like if the pump were blowing airbubbles. It's not loud but clearly audible and very very anoying at night. What can I do about it? Some that I should check for or clean? Something I can lubricate?

If the pump is less than 2 weeks old the noise can be normal, let it run for a while. The new pumps have a feature called fishcare that pulses the pump in feed mode once every 20seconds to scare fish away.
