Nice tech 120. Love mine! I too am using the durso's and they are a tad noisy but i find it calming :) When i move the tank again I'm going herbie though... Nice idea on the overflow, more more than I'm willing to do personally but great for freeing up some space.

It would be an undertaking to remove the overflow, but I think it would be worth it. Considering the overflow box is 18" wide and 6" front to back and the ghost overflow would be 8" wide and 1" front to back.

I really need to get my hands on a frag of a Red Planet frag. Yours looks really nice!

Its getting there!

That Pearlberry is really nice too! (Along with all the other corals, I should add lol)
Probably my all time favorite Acro. Its a must have IMO

Nice photos and corals.

How do the acro colours compare MH to T5?

I got great color from all T5, but there is a richness, and overall deepness of color from the Radiums that just doesnt compare.

I'm not sure where it originated from, but I'll find out.

I'm interested to see if this has coral has been brought in and passed around by other folks other than Sonny from Pro Corals.

Just took down that darn Xmas tree now the 120 Tech goes up. Too bad I dont have another Giesemann to put on the 120 Tech, I was just thing I might as well install the Ghost overflow. I think I will reuse the existing holes for additional returns. Looking good you inspire me.

Did you order the ghost yet?

Things are progressing pretty well. My efflo colony is coloring back up and my blue and pink prostrata is getting the blue tips back. I am still struggl;ing with dialing in my ALK since the move and selling off some larger colonies. I have gone from 70ml of 2 part to completely turning off the dosing pumps and just using KALK. I have been dosing it thru my ATO, but my evap is much more than it ever was since going to MH and running the heat for the winter. So I just ordered an Avast Kalk stirrer that I'm going to run with a dosing pump thru my Apex. Hopefully I will be able to be more precise this way.

here are a couple more pics I took with the cell phone

Your corals are looking fantastic....how high above the tank is your spectra now? Same or are you lowering it slowly as time passes?

Thanks!

I have dropped it slowly over 2 months. It is now about 8" above the tank, and I am running the halides for 6 hours.

Nice pics. Your SPS look super happy; nice PE as well as healthy colour and tissue.

Pro Corals Rainbow is getting really nice coloration and growing fast. This pic doesnt do it justice at all

Talked to Darryl, he got his coral as a frag from a local reefer, so no help there. It does look very similar though, this is a recent pic of mine, what this pic doesn't show is the base colour which looks like yours (greenish with rainbow hues). I'll try and get a top down of it showing that colour.

that slight orange/gold color is identical to mine. This, as far as I know, is Pro Corals Rainbow acro.

Great pictures and colorful corals!

Thanks guys for the comments. these pics are taken with my Samsung Galaxy S4. They are pretty good for a cell phone. I really want to get a decent camera, but this will have to do for now. I have however borrowed my friends EOS Rebel, and was able to get some good pics in the past shooting RAW, and then adjusting the temperature in PS.

very nice tank! I am about to set up a 4x2x2 and was wondering if you can take a pic of your sump? and also what kind of system/equipment you are using. Thanks.
