update me- what's your water change schedule? Ever run carbon?

I change about 100 gallons every two weeks. It's about a 300 gallon system. 200 display, and a 120 gallon sump, filled to about five inches from the top. I buy carbon by the 30Lb bag. (I have a friend in the filter business) I run a DI cartridge full of carbon, with a 600gph pump. Carbon is changed when I do water changes.
