A Smart? Aquarium in Taiwan...

Sorry we couldnt meet my friend. Next time for sure.

I hope you dear tank is ok when you get home. :)

Don't worry about it. I am sure I will visit UK a couple more times this year ;-)

Beautiful shot of your reef mate. That one where you guys are comparing skimmate samples is good but the guy back left needs to adjust his air flow i think. :reading:
Actinics are great i agree but not something that is needed at all when running 400W Radiums as i do.

Hahaha... I was thinking about skimmate when drinking it... ewww~~~
Oh, I did not aware you have a 400W Radiums... Good choose.

Beautiful shots, shih.
Corals look perfect!

Thanks. Corals indeed more healthy than before I will say.

Fantastic progress mate, colours are great. Has growth picked up again?

I think so. New tips pop-up, but when I back home this morning, what grab my attention is longer PE and Ca consumption.

What do you think has contributed most to the PE

A couple things could be possible, but I am not fore sure. Help me to figure it out.

1. Water parameters become very stable after Alkalinity correction cycle.
KH = 7.6 dkh, Ca = 410, Mg = 1410, K+ = 380, NO3 =0.25ppm, PO4 = 0.01ppm

2. I did try to kill bad crab (kill 4) hind in SPS colonies as much as I can before I leave home.

3. No hand in tank for a week!? My wife reject to do anything if she have to touch water.

4. Two old T5 tubes (out of 8) replaced.

5. I gave away my anemone to someone just before I leave home.

I would think it just naturally #1 contribute it, but maybe #5 help as well!?
PE is even longer during light off, BTW.

***! front PCB is the culprit....&^%&$$@#%^%&*))
How can this simple circuit board fail!!!??? Any one has same experience?

I fix it by replacing this PCB board.....there is nothing wrong on the motor:twitch:

I'm glad that things are doing well my friend, the new growth on that first blue acro is very obvious and always makes us happy lol.
I would have stopped at pic two with the doser because that's what it would look like after i hit it a few times in anger. Then i'd have to buy another one of course......:debi:

Thanks. Will post more soon ;-)

nice to be an engineer in this hobby eh? :)

Nice to be an engineer, but here in Taiwan, many things we have to try fixing stuff ourselves instead of shipping back for RMA ;-(
