A Smart? Aquarium in Taiwan...

Absolut stunning S2

im loving :p

Thanks. Just I don't know when I can made the part II :headwalls:

tS :do you siphon your sand bed ?

Yes I did when weekly water change. However, I still have serious cyano and algae problem for a while, even weekly siphon my sand bed. I added more KZ Zeobac try to dominate cyano bacteria by KZ bacteria, but did not work well. When I decided to improve my coral color and start dosing B-Balance, it clean all my cyan and algae issue accidentally.

Time is fulfilled by work, trip, and family, but reef is still the most important one ;-)

My 3 days Nanjing trip, and sure I did not forget my tank.... haha...

Bring the Reef Home, always!

Visited Nanjing for 3 days and came back last night. KH drop from 7.5 to 7.1 accidentally but most corals seem happy with great PEs.

Thanks. I also love to see I finally have some yellow pigment coral in tank.

BTW, I just got a few (about 7, 8) rare ORA and RR frags. I am struggling how to find some good place to keep them. Having moon festival coming so no time to photo these new frags nor glue them, I will update later next week. I am very excited about those new frags....

Good work, tank is still looking great

Thanks. I think tank is more stable than before since it is almost 9 months old now.

#10 is special

Thanks. This SSC is the only two coral that I spend over US$30, and I do like it a lot.

Wow stunning acro you're growing, must agree #10 is a beauty

Not sure great grow but kind of satisfy its grow and color. Here are two comparison photos.

Coming Monday is our moon festival holiday and due to typhoon landing tonight, I have no where to go tomorrow but place these new corals:lol:

Need to think hard how to place them in already crowed tank… Any suggestion

It is a great way to celebrate the Autumn Moon Festival -- to spend time with your love.
Don't forget to share your moon cake with your reef. Haha.

BTW, nice additions especially that large colony!

Whenever I saw Joseph's collection I really feel ashamed for being a Taiwanese not because I degrade my country , in fact I love this country of mine and proud to say I am from Taiwan and you guys can see thru my Avatar. But in the sense I feel so ashamed because as of now I am still struggling to find out what really makes my tank unable to grow an acros inspire of the hardware I invested and my water parameters being within the reef acceptable level.

Hope someday I can visit and see your tank Joseph. Hsin Chu is not too far from Taipei though.

Cheers,

MD
