dvanacker's 200g SPS tank......

Derek. First looks to be CITR Red Dragon, second ORA Hawkins "echinata". HTH

Darryl. Everything is looking superb ... That recent shot of the L side is extraordinary ! :D

Do u use 2 part for this system? If so how much is it your dosing to keep up with the demand of your corals? Amazing tank very impressive colors

Yes....I use about 320ml of each per day...they are on dosing pumps

Any recent picture of your red planet? We can always catch a glimpse of it in many pictures, but not the whole thing

I dont take a lot of pictures of it because mine just likes to encrust and hasnt grown up too much (the base is probably 6-8"). I have a piece in my frag tank that is growing up and out much better....but it has no where to encrust (small base).

Did I read that right, 20% bi-weekly?
Well I do 40g ever other week. Its a 200g tank but I have added a 60g and I have a frag tank as well as sump so it's probably not 20% anymore. I am consistent though....it always gets done. Probably because its fairly easy to do, I have a 40g inline with the system that I take off and on and use for water changes. Its just turning some valves...cleaning, filling with RO, turn heater/pwrhead on, add salt, wait, turn valves again.

Question, are the red, blue, purple dragon corals fast growers
Decent growers in my opinion. Not slow but not super fast either.

Been following for a long time... In addition to your SPS collection (which is top notch, I think you have just about every LE piece!) your aquascaping is superb. Well done Dvanacker- TOTM worthy for sure.

Do you have RR Avengers yet?
Thanks. Yes I did buy a frag of the avengers....just waiting for it to look like the mother colony before I try to get any pictures. I moved it to the display last week and gave it a good spot so I hope it turns into a stunner.

The ORA Red Planet is notorious for encrusting for very long periods without any, or very limited, vertical growth formations ... Once this phase is over however, and the specimen has built itself a solid base/foundation, it simply takes off from there ! In ideal conditions of course ...

Which, Darryl, I think its safe to say you'll witness first hand the above explanation :D

Not sure why its taking so long but TOTM should have been awarded long ago!!! Great pic's Darryl as always i am so jealous.

Can we get a recent shot of your 60 gallon you tied in. I have a 60 cube tied in to my 240 and love having an area to play with different color options as far as bulbs to see what changes to coloration I can get to come out. I would also love a frag of your deswalli it is gorgeous!!!!
