laser for aptasia control

I'm thinking of purchasing a laser to control aptasia in my tank, atleast some of the bigger ones until my berghias take off. Does anyone want to split it with me and share? They go between 200-400, depending on wattage. Heck, I'll split it three ways. We can rotate it on a biweekly or monthly basis.

Be very careful lasers arnt no joke. I've lit a cigarette off these and they will burn things. Make sure to wear laser glasses as it can and will blind you

Never thought of this...and I also would be worried about the fish! I am interested as this could also be used on some flower anemones I cannot get out of the rock work.

Ali, I already have a laser that you are welcome to try. I also have safety glasses.
You are welcome to give it a try/use, but I'd appreciate some sort of rental compensation in the form of frags due to the price of the laser.

After several months of using a 2.8W laser I can say that the laser has not affected my fish. I even have a chromis that attacks the beam! Snarky he is, but no effects.
