Looking great man. Love the open area under the rocks. Thats a nice place for some choice LPS corals like Scolys and chalices. :D

Thanks Sahin. I wanted a lot of space for the fish to swim around the reef. I have three Fungia and a Meteorshower Cyph who will be moved to the front. I will try to get hold of 6 Pseudanthias Bartlettorum. They will add some life to the reef.

I ordered a Zeolith reactor at Fish-Street today. I only have room for a small one in my sump and couldn't find any other than Fish-Street who could fit. I hope the quality is OK. Never tried anything other than filter bags from their store.

I also sent away a request for a couple of things from Korallen-Zucht.

1 x ZEObak, 50 ml
1 x ZEOstart 3, 500 ml
1 x ZEOfood 7, 100 ml
4 x ZEOvit®, 1 L
2 x Activated Carbon, 1 L

1 x Pohl`s A-Balance, 250ml
1 x Pohl's B-Balance Concentrate, 250 ml
1 x Pohl's K-Balance Potassium Concentrate, 250 ml
1 x Pohl's Coral Vitalizer, 50 ml
1 x ZEOspur 2 Concentrate, 500 ml
1 x Amino Acid High Concentrate, 50 ml
1 x Sponge Power Concentrate, 50 ml

That should be enough for some while:crazy1:

Thanks cugly. Looking forward to start with Zeovit:bounce1:

Here's a couple of yesterdays new inhabitants.

Are you just starting zeovit? Make sure u wash and soak the zeolite in rodi water and put the tiny stones in a mesh bag they can clog up the reactor. Hows the po4 and no3 now? What are you using before zeovit to keep them down?

Haven't started yet. The reactor was shipped yesterday and I have to wait for the KZ products too. Thanks for the tip. I am using Biopellets and Rowaphos to get the po4 and no3 down atm. Was lucky with the live rock. Seem to be very good quality. Almost no po4 leak for now.

Here's an update before I start the Zeovit reactor. Most Aussie corals have browned out. Lost one colony to RTN and have fragged two of the same reason. Sorry for the quality. Had to be quick and took the pictures in the "blind".

Here's a brown Acropora Spathulata frag. Will be pink/red when it colour up.

Acropora Microclados, Aussie SSC.

The blue Spathulata started losing tissue at the bottom. Had to frag it. I hope at least one of these will make it. It's not that bleached as it was at introduction.

Acropora Florida. Looking forward to get the colour back in this one!

Took a frag of the Sarmentosa just in case.

This tabling Acropora also lost tissue. Had to break it in a couple of pieces. Here's one. I hope some of them will survive.

Here's some of the Evansi Anthias. Still only eating red plankton and some mysis.

Love that florida, I got a frag of a reddish pink one, can't wait to see how yours turns out. Beautiful colony.

Thank you Piper27 :) I also look forward to see how it will develop.

Here's a quick picture of the Zeovit reactor from Fish Street. The quality seem OK, but haven't testet it yet. Will start with full Zeo this week:bounce1:

Cleaned the glass and took some pictures of the fish today.

I still struggle to get the Pseudanthias Evansi to eat flake. Still only red plankton.

Nice fish. Those Evansi look nice, but tough to feed man. I asked my buddy and he said you just need to keep trying to feed them. Eventually they will eat other stuffs. But he did say about 60% success rate with this type. But once they are settled they are fine.

Thanks Sahin. I am affraid the success rate for the Evansi is even poorer. But we'll see. I'll also try Cyclopeeze when I get a hold of it. Not good for nutritent levels though.. They eat so small quantities!

Very nice shots. what camera are you using?

Thanks tomae. I use a Canon EOS 600D with a Canon EF-S 60mm F2,8 Macro USM on the latest images.

Some more, now of the corals. I forgot to set the white balance, so the colours are a little off.

Finally the Aussie Acros seem to settle in. Have had poor PE lately. But this last week the polyps are out again! Will start the Zeo reactor next week just in case.

Here's an update from 14. of April. Haven't started the Zeo reactor yet. Have been on a trip in the UK with my job and wanted to wait with the zeovit till I am back home. Will hopefully start tomorrow:celeb1:

I must have high values of po4 and no3 now. The macro algaes are growing like crazy.

Colors are not good, but I need these pictures for documentation.

I know how excellent you were with SPS colouration. Tank just needs time and I'm sure you will get the colours with time.
