Michael was emailing me almost twice a week, wondering if, and how mine was doing. His customer service was unprecedented in this case and was fully prepared to get me another one in his next shipment.
But I'm very happy to say that there will be no need for that.

I believe I mentioned this earlier in this thread about the pic Micheal posted on his site. About the diamond tail he had up not looking exactly I,e a diamond tail. Maybe this is the one he had taken pictures of and had up on his site?
 
Very well could of been. I have sent pics to Dr. Tanaka to see if he thinks it is a hybrid between Attenuatus and Mccoskeri.

They're back in stock today... :)

And I STILL don't have any (decent) pictures; sorry. The QT glass is dirty now; if nothing else I'll get some good ones when he's in the acclimation box in a couple weeks. Still looks fantastic, and has been through two rounds of Prazi now. All looks well.
 
Yes but price went up quite a bit, so the credit for the ones that I lost wouldnt be enough for replacement ones plus shipping. Divers Den was $299 free shipping, going to hold out a bit to see if more pops up on divers den first.

They were back in stock last week, lol. A Lfs got in 5 near me, selling for 250 each.
 
Michael has my picture up on his site right now if you want to get a good look at how beautiful this species is... I, unfortunately, do not know how to work this site's archaic photo uploader from my droid.. check him out though, I think Michael only had a couple left so hurry...
 
Wow!!! The one I got is not nearly so awesome. I must nave gotten more of an initial phase male. Still happy though. :)

My McCoskers is top dog. Most days they are at opposite ends of the tank. The McCoskers feels the need to assert his manhood sometimes and chases the diamond tail a bit. The diamond tail rarely flashes while the McCoskers flashes nonstop since the addition of the diamond tail.

Neither of mine flash too much cause my earlei smacks them around if they get to frisky. Hopefully they will get more comfortable with time.
 
I should be receiving my second one from Michael, hopefully this one makes it.
Then hopefully my Earleis leave him alone
