Which pump is better for a CL on my 150g?

I am starting up a 150g and will have a CL. Should I use a Dart or an Amp Master 2100? Also, I am plumbing it with 1 1/2" pipe and was wondering if it would cause any problems to just increase the to 2" right at the pump to match the intake size of the dart?

The dart will run fine, you'll just only get about 75% of the flow out of it.
