I save the picture and load it onto RC server so we can keep on salivate over this anemone. I would love to have update on who ever bought this beautiful anemone

Blue zoo sold two o that same morph last month.. They did not look healthy in the pics on the BZA sight.. I doubt they made it

I had one that looked like that one a couple of years ago. But it didnt last over a couple of months. It had a small rip in the foot went I got it and it went down hill really slow.

Well... the jig is up, the die is cast, the goose is cooked....

It was me. But it was an impulse buy... near the register, I SWEAR!

It is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday; I will be going home from work early, of course. I dearly hope it arrives in good condition. I have already cleared a spot with a flat rock for it*.

Cheers
Mike

*this is assuming that it is indeed a magnifica... ;)

It was me.

LOL! Ok but you owe us pics IMMEDIATELY - even of the dude in the bag. I swear those pictures look like a gigantea but I don't doubt that DD can tell a magnifica from a gigantea. I can't say I have ever seen a green tentacle magnifica before...

It's probably just a funky camera setting with extremely narrow depth of field (like what you do when you try to make photos of cities look like dollhouse towns).

That's a weird picture. It doesn't look like a magnifica to me (in that picture).
That look my a Magnifican to me in that picture.

Mike please keep us up date regarding this very beautiful anemone. I would have bought it if I saw it before you did.

Nice pick up.
Reminds me of this magnifica on reefhotspot a couple years ago.

I hope not. That is a standard yellow-tip magnifica that is a dime a dozen. It looks a little greenish because of blue lighting. Don't get me wrong, but I hope this new magnifica has fluorescent green tentacles - or else I would be upset...

Hmmm.... I have a standard purple mag, and I'm guessing with some Photoshopping the standard yellow tips can quickly turn green. In this case, I hope I'm wrong!

We definitely want pics!

This is what I was thinking as well. But, we all know you have so little time to analyze pictures of things that go so fast on DD.

Regardless, I will take pictures, even with my remedial photography skills...

Cheers
Mike

It definitely looks like magnifica to me and it looks like the ones with the yellow tips (which I have two).
