Took some more pictures today, enjoy! I have other algae that I didn't photograph since it was dirty or too hard to shoot.

I'm hoping to get more seagrasses in a couple weeks, pretty hard right now since they're all dying and whatnot.

Got a new toy today.

Thats a pretty trick light set up. Cool choice!

I was watching the demo video for it and it was showing the "thunderstorm" mode. Found this on Youtube on a stocked tank with that same mode going.

I'm hoping to get the light hang up tonight or sometime this week to play with it and determine how many more I will need for the tank.

Hey Oblongshrimp, are you from AAPE by chance?
As far as equipment

2 - MP40W ES
2 - BRS reactor GFO / Carbon (GFO will be offline soon)
SWC 250 S
ReefKeeper Lite
Tunze Osmolator (ATO)
MP10 for fuge
2-3 koralia for sump circulation
250W 20k MH - 2x (Switching to LED)

I think that's it, I might have other small stuff in there.

Got it hung and hopefully I set the program right so it automatically do sunrise / sunset and moonlight and all that. I messed up a little bit.. it's too near the edge of the tank, but look like it's giving a good coverage, might try to move it a little bit.

Some pictures I took on my day off, I'm battling cyano and other algae at the moment. Added GFO and dosing vodka / vinegar to keep the excess nutrient down.

Very hard fish to photograph, always hiding

Seagrasses are dying since I messed up some of the rhizome. Others are growing pretty well though.

Nice additions. That flame algae in the second picture looks like it's doing really well. Save me a piece next time you frag it please.

That is a really cool twist on the standard idea for a large tank. I also like the choice of gobies for the tank -- small ones can be really fun to find in a huge tank.

Got my 2nd radion today! hopefully get it up this weekend.

Sure thing kyle I got some flame algae whenever you wanna come grab it.
