Mixed 500 gal. A.G.E. build. 12 unit LED Radion lights.

Marineland 250 DD. It's 27" deep. LPS on the bottom are doing great. Took me a bit to play around with the SPS but I am seeing positive results on the few pieces that I have. I moved from a 90 with t-5's in January of this year. My lowest SPS is a green acro that is about 15" below the water.

I will likely add 2 more units at the end of the year to increase the par in the middle of the tank. I will also be getting a Par meter. Borrowed one from the LFS to get those SPS moved around about 3-4 weeks ago.

All in all, very satisfied. Just have to get use to the sharp change in intensity/par just of the edges of the fixtures. I have never used MH's but my t-5's were hot enough. The LED's give off no heat. Plus, no bulbs to replace every 6-9 months.

We set up a delivery date for September 23rd. A.G.E. could have delivered it this week, but I cannot receive until the 23. A.G.E. said sure the 23rd was fine. I didn’t expect the tank to be done so fast. Worldwide Corals and A.G.E. answered every phone call every email. They were both great to work with.

Got my Skimmer pump Eheim Compact Plus 5000 660-1320 gph. I ordered pump thru Worldwide Corals

AGE makes awesome tanks. I cant wait to see pics when you get in place and set up.

just for kicks, I thought I would throw up a pic of my AGE tank that I am setting up, I also had a furniture builder wrap the steel frame stand. (but is more of just a QT tank compared to your behemoth of a tank.)

A.G.E.'s customer service was great. I can't wait to see final product.
How big is yours? Was wrapping the stand easy?

My tank is 60Lx26wx24t.

while in theory wrapping the stand was easy, we experienced some issues with the wood swelling during high humidity. There is no plywood(other than the top from AGE) on the stand. all the sides are true red oak board, and therefor it does swell a considerable amount if not kept in a controlled environment. This is normal for all wood, and not normally an issue as long as the design allows for some float.(basic stuff for any furniture maker or true craftsman).

However, it becomes an issue when you try to mount it to a steel frame that does not move with humidity. The corners and trim pieces had to be redone several times due to this. If we had to do it over again, we would have wrapped the tank with furniture grade $$ plywood, and only done the edge pieces in true wood to eliminate these issues.
