Mixed 500 gal. A.G.E. build. 12 unit LED Radion lights.

Plan looks great and can't wait to see some pics of the lights on this tank! I'm no so sure I'm confident on buying the Radions for a 30 inch tank that I'm planning based on reviews I'm seeing. Seems based on the reviews that your tank will do great with 24 inches of depth. Did not get to Premium Aquatics last weekend because of delivery of my little niece on Saturday:) I've got to make it over tomorrow!

Hey Dave awesome setup man I only have a 320g, I need a canopy design and u have exactly what I want can u please send me some scamattics or something to help me build that thanks for any help

I didn't build it. All I have is the pics that I posted on here. He came over with a tape measure and came back a week later with the canopy.

Ok, Is there anyway i can get a shot of theinside of the canopy, if i see that I should be able to build it. Thanks

This is it without the doors and top. The back sets right on the back of tank. On the front there is a board that sets on the tank so that I have a lip that covers 1/2 of the tank rim

Looking great David and sure you are excited to get those up and lit! I'm not a pro with aluminum and know it does not 'rust' but can rather produce aluminum oxide. Did you happen to bring up the corrosion concern?

In regards to the canopy, they are pocket holes and would expect the cabinet maker has a better jig than the Kreg Jig kit. I have that plastic kit but I'm just a beginner;)
