Mixed 500 gal. A.G.E. build. 12 unit LED Radion lights.

Looks good!

Did you manage to get that algae problem under control? (I'm sorry If I got you mixed up with someone else, but I do notice my LEDs create an abundance of in tank algae)

Thank you

I did mention my algae bloom when I stated stocking the tank. there was a lot of it. It is all gone even the sand is white. I dont think LED lighting causes algae.

Well the LEDs don't cause algae, looking at the spectrum that "white" LEDs put out it certainly adds favorable growing conditions.

Just trying to figure out why its such an issue in my tank (and another grow out tank I had) where I have 1 fish in ~ 90 gallons.

Week three I set lights at 14k, peak time, 3 hours. over all intensity turned 62%. Corals are continuing to respond very well to the radions.
I posted a few more pics.

Just finished reading this as well for the first time...great read! Amazing setup.

Do the Radions hookup at all to your APEX? I know the AI's do but can't seem to find anything for Radions.

There is no need for the Apex. They made a great program that you plug into your laptop. Very nice control with the laptop.
Ecotech Marine made a really nice product here. Corals are looking real good
