with returns off I had right at 130 gallons in sump. so ever 2 weeks i will do a 130 gallon water change

Do you have an RO/DI water reservoir too? I'm inbetween what storage tanks I'll need but still have plenty of time to figure that all out

I am using a gravity fed 18 gallon container for ATO. I have to fill it every other day. If I ever get a break out box for my Apex I could set up a high water shut off and a float. Then I could tie it directly into my Spectrapure MAXCAP UHE 100 RO/DI SYSTEM water reservoir. Reservoir is 65 gallons. I would use a high water float. Plus a water-on-the-floor sensor. This way I won't over fill my tank full of fresh water.
