How not to build a 750/1500 gallon build thread-Khaosinc 3/5/71-8/30/11

I have them somewhere. I tried to organize my photobucket account and moved a mess of them around. Don't know if I'm motivated enough to go back and fix the links.

and I can't tell you my super secret project... it wouldn't be a secret..

The Wrass is still alive but not well... not sure whats up. Haven't added any new additions in ages. I tried to get him out and he moved away. guess I'll just keep watching him.

If I don't do something every day I get stir crazy, so I'm trying to keep going. I'm hoping through force of will I can make my legs come back. That or alcohol and pain pills as the case may be. Oxy and whiskey I can almost feel normal...

That being said. I finally got around to hooking up the beast of a ro/di looks close to 1/1 ratio at least during the break in..

with any luck I'll try it out on the 240 tommorow if I can get a couple people to lift it, or figure out some scheme with a cherry picker, one of the 2

well, took about 2 hours of rigging swearing and smoke breaks, but I got it in the fish room. Tape measure even claims I have 3/4" of clearence for getting the 300 in there. I'm gonna have to put wheels on my lazy boy so I can spin around in circles...

tank is outside doing a final leak test w/ bulkheads installed. Any luck it should be full by sunday morning...

for people who like to lecture on electricity, the outlet that will be behind the tank is disconnected at the panal. This whole room runs on a second panal I put in with proper grounding and GFI's

holes are drilled in the stand to run plumbing for this tank and the 300 to keep everything out of the way.

who would of thought you could get 3 8' tanks and a 10' tank in a 10x20' room and still have a place to work and a place to sit.

unfortunetly that means I finally have to clean the living room and put away all my fish junk.

But of course. She usually hides when I get going on projects though. 6 ferrets is a full time job in itself.

anyone have a spare Ferret nation cage??

I understand it will be tough to catch the sick fish. I guess your best best is to keep feeding and hope it gets better? Does it still have an appetite?

it is actually swimming around and I saw it go after some pellets this morning. No idea. Looks like he got a little torn up scrapping with something. I wonder if he dove in to his usual sand spot only to find bare tank.

I wouldn't even try to catch a fish in that tank. Not up to that much frustration.

On the lighter side. The tank lives. Passed the all night leak test. now I just have to drain it and get the cherry picker in the house so I can put it up on the stand...

if I can get that and the stand for the 300 in today, I'll actually have places for all my fish junk. Keep trying to give stuff away but no one wants to drive to where I live.
