I apologize if I missed your post already regarding the starboard, but did you seal around it when it was installed, or how do you plan on dealing with the detritus buildup under the starboard?
Yes sealed it

Any pictures of the install or how you sealed it?

Its going to be a 135 gallons. I was going to set up as a separate system, but I really don't want to maintain 2 systems.
I'm thinking i'll just tie it in with my 700 gallon system.
Lets get this baby hooked up. Will you upgrade your skimmer or keep your original one?

You could do something similar to what I do for my frag QT, just use your old water from your main system and use it in your Frag system. I have it set up on automatic water change via LMIII and pump 1 adds new water to main system, pump 2 drains water from main system to frag QT, then frag qt drains off to house. Makes for automatic water changes and keeps the frag system QTd from the main system.
Not sure. My skimmer is rated 500 gallons heavy load. It keeps up with my current system 700 gallons total.
I have a reef octopus SRO 2000 int. just setting on my shelf.
What is your thoughts for running two skimmers on one system?
But wouldn't you still run carbon, GFO and calcium reactor? I would still have all the extra test.

ive seen 2 skimmers ran on one system before. i dont think it would be an issue. youll have ppl say that it might take away from the other skimmer. but i personally dont see how that possible. if theres gunk in the water, a skimmer or skimmers will pull it out..im currently thinking of adding and SRO3000 to go with my octo xtreme 200...i have to think about dual skimming cuz i fubbed up on the dimensions of the stand and cant get a skimmer body over 8" in there, hence the SRO3000,,hence my support of thinking if its sitting there. use it...
I would run one wet and one dry. Besides sometimes two are better than one.

I have two skimmer and only run the second when I am doing maintenance or need that extra boost. I have noticed that when I turn the second skimmer the water level of the of the first skimmer rises. I have to turn down the first skimmer slightly to keeping it from skimming too wet. If you run both constantly it shouldn't be anything to worry about though.
