I like Natural Mode in that it is the closest to a preprogrammed set and forget setting, and it is based on the sun's light at the equator, just a bell curve. Good setting for someone just setting up the light with only the overall intensity, night and day start times to set. What it does not have is the 6 hour punch at 100% your setting has. I had 9 Sol blues over this reef for several months and I did the same thing with mine, 100% for six hours.
So I am thinking Natural Mode may be perfect for LPS, but that SPS may need that middle of the day extended period at 100%. I use natural Mode on my 100 gallon LPS Reef (2 Radions), and it has never looked better. I have the overall intensity at 50%. Day starts at noon and ends at 1 am.
I just duplicated your program on my 300, because the colors of your SPS are fantastic. I was peaking intensity at 75% over this reef in Natural Mode, so I think I will peak the 6 hour middle period at 75% and slowly raise it as you did until it hits 100%. I just dealt with a blue clove polyp invasion in this tank with some Fluke Tabs, so I've been water changing the heck out of this tank, and finally the nutrient spike is subsiding, so I hope conditions are finally stabilizing and the SPS can get back to consistent conditions.
