Mixed 500 gal. A.G.E. build. 12 unit LED Radion lights.

I got all 4 MP60s & 2 MP40's sync'd & I am getting this error when I use the above porgram??


Any ideas?

Hi Andy:

I can only think of two possible issues, especially since you are running 6 units. The first is that not all six are operating on the same firmware and that you may need to do a firmware update. The next potential issue is that you haven't identified a "master" unit and identified the five others as "slaves." I don't think you would get those error messages for that though.

My suggestion would be to update your firmware and try again.

The easiest thing to do would be to call Neptune Systems. Their customer support is the best!

Very true, call Paul at neptune Systems. He can fix about anything with the apex. I email him with my phone number and a aprox time. He always call me back. Easier then phone hold.

Andy check your thread I posted a solution to the error as I received the same one. The run times are different but the effect is the same and my Apex is functioning fine.

Our tank is 96"x36"x24" we are currently running (4) 400w MH's Ushio' 20 K
mainly SPS tank.

I'm so on the fence about switching from MH's to LED's......

When I was running 150 w MH on my 125 I got great results also.
